About her
Clélia began her professional dance studies in Lausanne by joining the Association for the training of young dancers (AFJD) where she has been trained in ballet, contemporary, modern, Pilates and Jazz. She has since pursued her training in London, at Trinity Laban, from which she gained a 1st class BA Hons degree in Contemporary Dance in 2013. Following this, she joined Kibbutz Masa Dance Journey program in Israel where she got to perform Rami Beer's company repertoire and make her own choreographic works.
She has worked as a dancer with choreographers such as Kerry Nicholls, Jeremy Nelson, Susan Sentler, Lizzi Kew-Ross, Chloe Aliyanni, Tara d'Arquian, amongst others. She has been dancing with the company Experiential, touring the production Bridging the Void two years in a row around UK.
She has been developing her own projects alongside working as a freelance performer and yoga instructor. At present, she is based in Switzerland and continues working as a dancer as well as developing and presenting her choreographic works internationally.
